How to return an item

If the buyer wishes to return an item using their right of withdrawal, it is recommended to contact Villfiske at support@villfiske.no before returning the item.

The item should be returned securely packaged to:

Upon return, the buyer is requested to provide:

  • order number
  • name
  • contact information
  • and preferably a short description of the return

Villfiske recommends that returns are sent with trackable shipping, so that the buyer can document that the item has been returned if this becomes necessary.

The buyer is responsible for the item until it is received by Villfiske.

Return costs and condition of the item

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer is generally responsible for return costs, unless otherwise specifically stated.

The buyer has the right to inspect the item in a proper manner to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function. If the item has been used more than necessary for such an inspection, the buyer may be liable for any reduction in value.

The item must be returned in proper condition and be well packaged upon return. Inadequate packaging or improper return may lead to a risk of damage during transport, and in such cases, the buyer may be held responsible if the damage is due to circumstances on the buyer's side.
