Here you will find our terms and conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, returns, complaints, and other matters related to purchases from Villfiske.

Ordering and Agreement

When the customer places an order with Villfiske, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided. The order confirmation confirms that Villfiske has received the order.

The agreement is considered concluded when the order has been completed in the online store, unless there are obvious errors in price, product information or stock status, or the item cannot be delivered for other reasons.

If Villfiske is unable to deliver all or part of the order, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible. In such cases, Villfiske may offer an updated delivery time, an alternative item, partial delivery, partial refund, or cancellation of all or part of the order.

To shop with Villfiske, the customer must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the purchase must normally be made with the consent of a parent or guardian, unless the customer is legally entitled to dispose of the purchase amount independently.

Hvor lang leveringstid har dere?

Vi sender vanligvis varene 1-3 virkedager etter at bestillingen er mottatt og du mottar sporingsnummer på e-post.

Avhengig av hvor i landet du bor, tar det vanligvis 2-5 virkedager for varene å komme frem etter at de er sendt fra vårt lager.

I travle perioder kan det være noe lenger leveringstid enn vanlig, men vi gjør alltid vårt beste for å sende varene så raskt som mulig.

Dersom du har valgt "hentes i butikk", vil du motta en egen SMS når ordren din er klar for henting.

Hva koster frakten?

Vi har fast frakt på kr 69,- for pakker som sendes til ditt lokale hentested.

Fri frakt på ordre over 999,-

Du kan også velge "hentes i butikk" gratis i vår butikk på Strømmen Storsenter.

Mindre varer kan sendes som brev (uten sporing) for kr 39,-.

Kan jeg spore pakken min?

Så fort pakken din er pakket og sendt fra oss, mottar du en e-post med sporingsnummer fra PostNord/Posten, slik at du kan følge pakken din.

Dersom du har valgt å få pakken levert hjem, vil du også motta SMS fra transportøren om forventet leveringstid.

Hvilke fraktalternativer har dere?

Vi sender alle pakker med PostNord eller Posten (Bring).

Du kan velge mellom følgende fraktalternativer:

  • Pakke til hentested (PostNord/Posten)
  • Hjemlevering (PostNord/Posten)
  • Hentes i butikk (Strømmen Storsenter)
  • Brevpost (uten sporing)

Vi kan dessverre ikke tilby pakke til postkasse for øyeblikket.

Pre-orders and Special-order Items

For items that are ordered from a supplier, the delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks, but in some cases, it can take up to 6 weeks. When the item is in stock with us, the delivery time for pick-up from the store is 1-3 business days, and for home delivery, it is 2-5 business days. You will receive an SMS when the item is ready for pick-up.

Dersom pakken din ikke hentes innen fristen, blir den sendt tilbake til vårt lager og slettet. Vi refunderer beløpet for varene minus 250 kr som dekker returfrakt, toll og behandlingskostnader. Du blir informert om dette på e-post, og kan da legge inn en ny ordre dersom du ønsker varene.

Changes or Cancellation
Liability and Reservations

Villfiske aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, prices, images, specifications, stock status and delivery times.

However, typographical errors, technical errors, stock discrepancies, or changes from suppliers or manufacturers that Villfiske has not been notified of in time may still occur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes, and minor differences between the image and the actual item may occur.

Villfiske is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including transport disruptions, supplier failure, natural events, government measures, strikes, technical issues, or similar circumstances.
